The Gion Festival which is one of Japan’s three most famous festivals is currently held till 31 July. Yamahoko Junko (procession of Gion Festival Floats) of the Gion is held today. It is Yasaka Shrine’s festival. It takes about 2 minutes from ‘Kyoto Kimono Rental Rei’ to Yasaka Shrine on foot♪
